Who is responsible

The data controller is Giuseppe Fusco, Italy. The registered address, VAT or tax number, and company registration details are not published yet. Until they are, write to privacy@junkterms.com. That mailbox depends on the junkterms.com domain, which has not been purchased.

What we process

Account email and settings. Search terms, campaign names, and metrics you upload or that the script sends. Enabled keywords used to avoid blocking live traffic. Approval decisions. Billing identifiers from Stripe. Product emails if you join the list.

Why

To run the review, send the magic link and the weekly digest, and take payment. The legal bases we expect to rely on are contract (the product), and consent for the marketing list you join from the demo or the waitlist. You can unsubscribe in every marketing email.

Who else sees it

Vercel hosts the app. Neon hosts the database when configured. Resend sends email. Stripe handles cards. Vercel AI Gateway classifies terms when a key or Vercel OIDC is present. We do not sell the lists. Data processing agreements with those providers are not signed yet.

Retention and your rights

Demo reports are kept so you can reopen them. Account data stays until you ask for deletion. You can ask for access, correction, export, or deletion, and you can complain to the Garante per la protezione dei dati personali in Italy. International transfer terms (including standard contractual clauses) are not finalized.

Cookies

The sign-in cookie and the demo-unlock cookie are required to keep you logged in and to show a list you unlocked. Optional product analytics can be enabled with Vercel Analytics. A consent banner is not installed yet.
